By using scale190 (Creative Intelligence) you accept these terms.
1. The service
scale190 is a software service that helps analyse the creatives and performance in your Meta ad account and produces findings, recommendations, reports and alerts. It is provided by [Company name].
The service does not change anything in your ad account; it only reads.
2. Your account
Give accurate information and protect your password and account; you are responsible for what is done with your account. The service is for people over 18.
An account belongs to one person; do not share it.
3. The Meta connection
Connecting your Meta account is optional and subject to Meta's own terms. You can disconnect at any time (Profile → Disconnect).
You are responsible for having the right to read the data of the ad account you connect.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to access other people's accounts or data, to disrupt or overload it, or to scrape it with automated tools without permission.
5. Your data and content
Your advertising data and uploaded content belong to you. You allow us to process them so we can provide the service; details are in the Privacy Policy.
6. AI output
Findings, recommendations and reports are produced with statistical and AI methods; they can be wrong and guarantee no advertising result. Ad and budget decisions are yours.
7. Fees
The service is free for now. If we introduce paid plans we will announce them in advance; no new fee is charged to your account without your approval.
8. Continuity
We may improve, change or discontinue the service; we will try to announce important changes in advance. There can be maintenance or provider-caused interruptions.
9. Termination and deletion
You can delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account); all your data is deleted as the Privacy Policy describes. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or lost data; our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the last 12 months (zero while it is free). Liability that cannot lawfully be limited is preserved.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Turkish law. The [competent courts / enforcement offices] have jurisdiction. Your mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
12. Changes and contact
